We booked a £40 consultation for my 15 year son who is worried about his hairline. Sarah was incredibly welcoming and friendly. It’s clear she is really knowledgeable and was able to look at my son’s scalp and assess his hair. My son felt very comfortable and has been reassured. I recently had my first consultation with Sarah regarding some hair growth concerns I’d been experiencing. From the moment I arrived at the clinic I was met with a super friendly and welcoming lady. Straight away felt at ease which was very reassuring. Sarah listened to all of my concerns and was very thorough with looking at my hair and scalp. Sarah was very open and honest with her findings and I have since received a very in depth report with details of how best to treat my symptoms. She explained the reasons and cause of my issues and explained clearly and concisely my options without trying to upsell her own services.
